Our History

ITAM EduTech was founded in 2022 by Amar Deep Kumar, a seasoned IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional with over 18 years of experience. He is an IAITAM Certified IT Asset Manager, Flexera and ServiceNow SAM tool implementor, and a PRINCE2® Practitioner. With a strong track record of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills, he is dedicated to spreading knowledge and expertise in ITAM. Amar’s expertise includes:
  • End-to-end management of Software Asset Management (SAM) projects, including software license management, contract management, and renewal processes.
  • Successfully managing and ensuring compliance during software audits for leading publishers like SAP, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Autodesk, and Adobe.
  • Preparation of comprehensive compliance reports, demonstrating his thorough understanding of licensing agreements and requirements.
  • Proven ability to handle complex audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
