A ServiceNow HAM Pro Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Professional.
Key tasks inculdes:
- Configuring and implementing HAM Pro for hardware asset management.
- Managing the hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
- Automating processes like asset discovery and procurement.
- Ensuring compliance and supporting auditing efforts.
- Configuring reports and dashboards for asset tracking and analysis.
