Looking for a candidate with experience as a ServiceNow SAM Pro Analyst, available to work in the UK shift.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience and Expertise:

   • Proven experience in ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management) Pro implementation and management.
   • Strong understanding of Software Asset Management best practices and industry standards.
   • Experience with managing software licenses, compliance, and optimization in ServiceNow.
   • In-depth knowledge of software asset lifecycle management and SAM processes.
   • Experience in managing software contracts, entitlements, and audits.
   • Familiarity with ITAM (IT Asset Management) processes is a plus.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, particularly ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
   • Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow for SAM needs.
   • Expertise in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and workflows within ServiceNow.
   • Knowledge of integrations with other ITSM tools or systems.
   • Familiarity with automation and scripting in ServiceNow for SAM processes.

3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

   • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
   • Ability to assess and report on software asset compliance and optimization opportunities.
   • Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting solutions.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure proper asset management.
   • Experience in conducting training or knowledge transfer sessions for teams.

5. Certifications and Education:

   • ServiceNow SAM Pro certification (mandatory).
   • Relevant certifications in ITAM or SAM (e.g., CSAM, CHAMP) would be advantageous.
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

6. Shift and Availability:

   • Ability to work in the UK shift.
   • Willingness to work during weekends or holidays, as required.

7. Additional Skills (Preferred):

   • Experience with cloud-based software asset management solutions.
   • Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
   • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO, etc.) as they relate to software and hardware assets.
   • Familiarity with cost optimization techniques for software and hardware assets.
