By enrolling in our courses and programs, you (“Client,” “Student,” “you,” “your”) agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from enrolling in our programs.
Eligibility for Refunds

- Before the Course Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment before the start of the course, you are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees as detailed below.
- After the Course Start Date:
- If you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of the course start date, you will receive a refund for any amount paid minus a processing fee of 20% or a fixed amount of Rs. 7500/-, whichever applies.
- If you request a refund after course commencement or after accessing the course materials, no refund will be provided, unless otherwise specified in the individual course terms.
- For Certification Programs: If you complete a course but do not receive the certification for any reason (e.g., failure to meet course requirements), you will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in the course description.
- Special Promotional Offers or Discounts: In cases where a special discount, promotion, or sale has been applied to your enrollment, the refund may be subject to different terms. Please refer to the specific offer for the refund conditions.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Administrative fees for course enrollment, if applicable.
- Fees for optional services such as one-on-one coaching, workshops, or material downloads.
- Any third-party charges (e.g., payment processing or booking fees).
These fees will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

If you choose not to continue with the program due to the changes, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Late or Missed Classes
If you miss a class or part of a course, we are not obligated to provide a refund. However, we may offer access to recordings, course materials, or alternative arrangements depending on the course structure.
